Okay. The Schiavo case. Let’s get this over with and move on to other topics.
I have two links and a brief statement.
First up, the statement. During the last election, the sanctity of marriage was one of the big banners waved by the Republican party. Now they are saying, in essence, that in this case the marriage doesn’t matter. A quick bible search turned up the following statement by a Mr. Christ:
Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. (Matthew 19:4-6)

(And yes, Mr. Dewey is crawling out of his grave to come deliver a roundhouse kick to me head for using the term research-fu.)
