Nope, no “real” content coming from me today. I signed the lease on my new apartment this morning and have been setting up the webpage for my father’s new jewelry store, Phoenix Jewelers (which is the reason I’m posting anything, to put up this not-so-shameless plug). Nothing flashy on the sight right now, just basic info, but if you do need any sort of jewelry work, I highly recommend him (not just because he’s my father). Maybe one of my friends who has had work done by him before will comment (hint, hint).
As for the new apartment, it’s about a quarter mile from the place I’m at now and still in Decatur, so expect the City Commission meeting posts to continue. It’ll also be the first time I will be living completely on my own, no family, no roommates. Thus to save me from my hermitish contemplative ways (thanks to the person that suggested that term), those of you who are local should come by regularly to drag me out into the street. Those of you who are not local, especially those of you in Boston, expect me to come a callin’, possibly while sober!
