The end, but only of the beginning. I missed writing last night, but made up for it tonight, then as I started totaling up realized that I’d been ahead and only needed to put in 201 words tonight. Anyway, spent some time on the prose story this time.
For the time being I’m sticking to 200 words a day as my goal. I’m leaving it open ended, but will be posting a daily total.

Ok. A couple more days skipped and made up for. A combination of prose bits and advancement on the screenplay. My wife is home from the hospital and after more time off work, I’ll be back there again tomorrow.
Two more days and I’ll finish up this challenge. The writing will continue then, likely with a new goal, pages or words I don;t know, but it does feel so good to be doing something creative on a regular basis again.

So my wife has been in the hospital for the past week and I’ve been staying with her most of that time. As a result, I’ve not done much writing. A couple of days ago (or maybe yesterday, the days lose some of their definition here) I put down about 150 words for my prose story. Tonight I made up the rest of my deficit by working on the screenplay.
Now it’s time to sleep and probably go back to work tomorrow.

So no writing yesterday since I was sitting in a waiting room at the hospital while my wife slept off her surgery.
Tonight, I’m sitting in a hospital room with her so I added another scene to the screenplay. Better than some lately, but not the strongest work I’ve done for it.

Spent today’s writing rewriting the synopsis for the screenplay incorporating the changes that have come up in the course of the writing (and using my wife’s car fire yesterday as inspiration for a way to really kill off the protagonist’s car at the end of Act Two).
Ended up doing two day’s worth of writing, putting me two day’s ahead yet again.
